Our display at the Selby Abbey Living History day

We were on the road today – #puttingosgodbyonethemap.

We had a display at the Selby Abbey Living History day. This is an annual event, and as a result of attending the networking meeting on 25 July at Selby District Council offices, we were invited to attend.

We had slideshows on the laptops running, and a display on our new boards. We took the opportunity to wander round the other displays and chat.

Jan and Linda took the opportunity to sample some real ale.

It was a busy day with lots of folk stopping to chat and asking us questions on the history of Osgodby. We were asked back to take part in 2019 – so that’s a date in the diary for us!
