It was great to see members and visitors at our February monthly Meeting, our first as a constituted Group. Shirley shared her family “skeletons in the cupboard” as the talk for the evening. We also chatted about future meetings and welcome suggestions for future speakers; how often to have speakers; did people want to arrange “summer visits” instead of meetings. .Suggestions for future speakers are always welcome. An opportunity was given for people to update with any research they had done, or planning and needed help with. As usual, tea/coffee and biscuits were available to enjoy during the evening. Aerial photographs and postcards of the village were available to purchase. Proceeds from these go towards the running of the Group.
